Job description:

1, college or above, with more than 2 years of brand chain stores, exhibition projects and other project management experience;

2, cooperate with the Brand Company to analyze the drawings and follow up the store to help the customers to open the business smoothly.

3. Be familiar with the operation process of brand chain stores and commercial exhibition projects, as well as various related processes, quality requirements and material characteristics.

4, can help to make project execution plan, and control and solve all kinds of emergencies in a good time.

1, have good customer communication ability, good at maintaining customer relationship, accurate grasp of customer needs, ensure the smooth completion of the project;

2, team work ability, work conscientiously, industriousness and stamina, enterprising spirit, can work under high pressure;

3, have the brand indoor exhibition project management experience, give priority to employment;

4, fluent English listening, speaking, reading, writing ability, can direct dialogue with customers, send and receive mail and so on.

岗位描述：

1、组织编制工程部门的各项管理制度，并监督各项制度的执行工作；

2、根据企业内外环境变化，不断完善工程项目部的相关制度；

3、根据项目整体的开发计划，制定相应的工程进度计划并监督执行；

4、抓好质量控制点，保证整个工程项目的质量安全；

5、负责施工的现场组织、协调和管理，有效的进行进度控制和成本控制；

6、负责整个工程项目的技术管理工作；

7、及时、妥善处理项目工程实施中出现的重大问题；

8、控制工程项目的各项成本，合理运用各项支出。

岗位要求：

1、本科以上学历，具有工业与民用建筑、建筑结构、企业管理、项目管理、质量管理、成本控制及其他相关专业知识；

2、具备工程师及以上专业职称，有高端品牌门店项目总包经验优先考虑；

3、具有10年以上工程项目管理经验，并有5年以上项目总包负责人工作经验；

4、具有工程专业技术，能指导下属员工的设计、工艺、安全、项目工作。

5、英语书写、口语表达能力熟练及会使用CAD、三维软件等。

6、具备良好的沟通和协调能力，具备良好的职业道德素质。
